WOW WHAT A MONTH!!! As you can tell by the pictures, our family has been very busy! Thanksgiving was eventful in Texas. Jacob saw his aunt, uncle, and grandma and grandpa again, so that was very exciting for our family. Jacob also got to meet Anna for the first time and see his buddy Macen again. Macen got to see his first Dallas Cowboys game and afterwards we met up with them to catch up on times. Anna is two months old now and definitely a Mommy's girl. Jacob got to see her new house and hang out for a while. Lots of good times lately with friends. :)
We had our 6 month check up and Jacob weighs 19 lbs ( 80% for his age) and 27 in. long (90% for his age). That is always interesting news for us to share! hahaahaha We experienced our first cold this month, and the doc said that is a pretty good record. He has not experienced any other problems. Teething is starting for Jacob, so yes he drools like crazy. He is on the move a lot, so his new Rainflorest Jumperoo helps him get those legs stronger for crawling and walking. He is trying hard to crawl right now, he is scooting all around on the floor. He also reaches to pull himself up. His diet has changed also. He loves eating like a big boy! Currently his menu is rice, oatmeal, squash, bananas, prunes, and carrots. He seems to love it all!
Well, we are awaiting the Christmas holidays for more traveling and time with family and friends. We are so blessed to share so many special moments with the people we love!
